St Anne’s in Bloom will once again be organising a collection of Christmas trees this January so here are the details.
Volunteers from St Anne’s in Bloom will be collecting Christmas Trees on the weekend of 6th / 7th January 2018. We are unable to give a definite day or time for collection.
Please remove all the lights/decorations and leave your tree close to your front gate where it can be seen from the road. There is no charge for this service and your used Christmas tree will be put to good use by helping to protect the sand dunes.
The photographs show what a difference your tree can make.
Please let us know you have a tree for collection by texting or phoning to leave a message on
07933 275048
Alternatively you can email – carollanyon@hotmail.com
We will need your address and postcode please and a number we can contact you on if we need to double check any information
This collection service is only available for addresses in St Anne’s
If you don’t live in St Anne’s then Fylde Borough Council will be providing dedicated areas where trees can be left and council staff will ensure they get to the beach.
See http://www.fylde.gov.uk/resident/recycling-refuse/christmastree/ for details.
Many thanks for your support – it’s good to know that your Christmas tree will be making a difference!
