The results of the annual St Anne’s In Bloom Front Garden Competition have been announced.
There are three categories; Large Front Garden, Small Front Garden and Container Garden. The winners have received certificates and will also be awarded garden vouchers.
The judging at the end of July was later than in previous years in order to allow gardens that may look better at that time of year a chance of success.
The volunteer judges from St Anne’s In Bloom were Pam Curtis, Monica Pople and Hazel Ashworth (who had been a previous winner). They enjoyed visiting all the gardens nominated and found it to be a closely fought contest.
