All the hard work carried out by volunteers last October is paying off with a wonderful display of daffodils on Queensway, one of the main entry points to the town. Here are details of the planting of the daffodil bulbs last year.
This welcoming sight is a result of our ongoing plan to fill Queensway with daffodils.
Last October was the 5th year running that we were planting bulbs, 3500 of them to be exact! There is still more daffodils to plant later this year, so look out for that. Getting together to help our town is great fun and makes a real difference. We have received some complimentary comments over on our Facebook page too.
